Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adulfo Alcantara's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Triana Rep. Ind.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Bahiano Camarasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adulfo Alcantara in the 20th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amaro Casas in the 23rd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amaro Casas. Amaro Casas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Luca Zorita in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Triana Rep. Ind.'s Xiao Gasso. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adulfo Alcantara in the 41st minute. Triana Rep. Ind. made a substitution. Ola Lagerberg replaced Adulfo Alcantara. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bahiano Camarasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bahiano Camarasa made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Luca Zorita sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 69th minute of play forced Triana Rep. Ind.'s goalkeeper Bahiano Camarasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvio Olmos's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Triana Rep. Ind.'s Cirino Verdeja was substituted for Delmiro Fonticoba. In the 79th minute Amaro Casas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amaro Casas in the 83rd minute of play. Bahiano Camarasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 93rd minute of play. In the 98th minute, Triana Rep. Ind.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
