Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Cantera FC's Anselmo Monteiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Felo was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 8th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play forced Cantera FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Felo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cantera FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Saturnino Flotow hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Cantera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Aquilino Felo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play forced Cantera FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Felo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 29th minute, Anselmo Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 minutes of play, Cantera FC's Anselmo Monteiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cantera FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Felo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play forced Cantera FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Felo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Felo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cantera FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Felo came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hakkı Türel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hakkı Türel's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakkı Türel helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Cantera FC got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Türel.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Monteiro to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Anselmo Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Anselmo Monteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Monteiro in the 53rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Türel in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Juan Sebastián Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Felo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Cantera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Aquilino Felo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aquilino Felo, 1-2. When Hakkı Türel came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Cantera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakkı Türel couldn't finish the play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Frantz Fillali took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Aquilino Felo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 81st minute of the match. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Aquilino Felo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Aquilino Felo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 85th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Felo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Monteiro in the 95th minute of play.
