Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Bonds in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Trehörningsjö's Fredric Kihlman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 孔克朋 in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
