Joaquim de Barros started the match with the kick off. If Ermengol Alberete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Socavon FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Maciek Cash hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes VB-Team got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Jonasson. 11 minutes into the match, Ermengol Alberete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armindo Salgado. VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermengol Alberete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15thth minute of the game Ermengol Alberete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Mattias Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armindo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermengol Alberete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VB-Team's goalie prevented a goal. Sindo Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Barros in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37thth minute of the game Ermengol Alberete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermengol Alberete in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. In the 39th minute Luís Caeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermengol Alberete in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. In the 42nd match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervásio Severiano to maneuver through the defense. Armindo Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermengol Alberete's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ermengol Alberete stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armindo Salgado came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete. But to his dismay, Ermengol Alberete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, VB-Team's Armindo Salgado got control of the ball when Ermengol Alberete tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermengol Alberete in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. When Sandro Leitão came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the VB-Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Leitão couldn't finish the play. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 74th minute of play. Mattias Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Socavon FC's Intxixu Huarte was substituted for Ermengol Alberete. After 79 played minutes VB-Team got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Jonasson. If Intxixu Huarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 minutes of play, Socavon FC's Intxixu Huarte made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armindo Salgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in VB-Team's zone, Intxixu Huarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Salgado came out of the goal and Intxixu Huarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Traian Hăvârneanu in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sindo Porregimon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sindo Porregimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Hăvârneanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Intxixu Huarte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Armindo Salgado came out and tried to block the shot, but Intxixu Huarte slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 94th minute. Chants of Socavon FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as VB-Team had held the ball for most of the match.
