When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Răzvan Necula sped through Grosso United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonas Bladi. With an all-out effort, Soroca F.C.'s Jonas Bladi threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Răzvan Necula, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ulises Gartzen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grosso United's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Gartzen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Wennerqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Bladi had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Iordanis Karatzaferis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonín Orlík in the 25th minute of play. Răzvan Necula blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Bladi having to make a save.
