In the 39th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervásio Severiano to maneuver through the defense. Adrián Espadas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrián Espadas in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. After 43 minutes VB-Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gustavo Tartalo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Gustavo Tartalo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado did a great save. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Joaquim de Barros hit a great ball.
