Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertin Ramiréz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 16th minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Franco Saavedra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los kyes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 18th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertin Ramiréz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaizkine Flores charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaizkine Flores the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gaizkine Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 27 minutes Los kyes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Bertin Ramiréz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isidor Zubizarreta was slow to take the kick. During this time Los kyes's players had a chance to rest. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Isidor Zubizarreta sent off a good shot on target. Bertin Ramiréz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertin Ramiréz having to interfere. Bertin Ramiréz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute of play. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Los kyes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidor Zubizarreta made a kick off. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Bertin Ramiréz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Los kyes's Bertin Ramiréz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bertin Ramiréz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertin Ramiréz having to interfere. During the 64th minute of the match Franco Saavedra completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Franco Saavedra a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 65th match minute, Los kyes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Saavedra to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Los kyes's Cloyo Merino got a free kick in the 68th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertin Ramiréz. Bertin Ramiréz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Celedonio Paz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Celedonio Paz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los kyes.
