Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Rydzyk in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Timo Werner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Rydzyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Plaski in the 11th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Mariusz Rydzyk took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Przemysl getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mariusz Rydzyk hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Plaski in the 27th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Mariusz Rydzyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Timo Werner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Timo Werner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boguslaw Ciszewski during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Przemysl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boguslaw Ciszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Waclaw Dubiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Przemysl's Artur Scigan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 45th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Przemysl got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Ciszewski. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After a rather tough play, Przemysl's Boguslaw Ciszewski got a free kick in the 57th minute. Przemysl's Zygmunt Furgal was substituted for Tymoteusz Wodaszak. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Boguslaw Ciszewski, made in the 65th minute of the game. Artur Scigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waclaw Dubiel went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Przemysl made a substitution. Wojciech Jarosz replaced Wit Gongola. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Dubiel in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Przemysl were awarded a corner. Bogdan Hodas went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 80th minute Mariusz Rydzyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Mariusz Rydzyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Przemysl's Mariusz Rydzyk got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
