Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter Roriz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Delta FS's Andaka Rača got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Roriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gualter Roriz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Andaka Raa kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Joel Gaona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gualter Roriz. Delta FS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match, Andaka Mula got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dante Lacasa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Delta FS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Alberto Tafalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Delta FS's Gualter Roriz did a great save. 18 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Gualter Roriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Álvaro Vilaverde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Álvaro Vilaverde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gualter Roriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Delta FS's goalie prevented a goal. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Delta FS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. In the 32nd minute, Andaka Mula reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dante Lacasa. The goal made the score 2-0. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Odin in the 45th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Odin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andaka Mula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harry Bengtsson charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Bengtsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harry Bengtsson hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Gualter Roriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Delta FS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. 62 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualter Roriz. Delta FS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 76 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Andaka Rača came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Delta FS's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualter Roriz came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Roriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 89 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualter Roriz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 91st minute. Delta FS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mexico for a fine match.
