Alexander Carballo's late challenge caught a Becos e Vielas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Carballo helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 minutes Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz managed, with a little bit of luck, save Sun 赵光义's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Sun 赵光义 scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 1-0. Becos e Vielas FC's Waldir Romero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Efrain Moruga, made in the 7th minute of the game. 8 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar de Queirós. When Edgar de Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Becos e Vielas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar de Queirós couldn't finish the play. After 12 minutes of play, Becos e Vielas FC's Edgar de Queirós made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar de Queirós in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paulo Pogba was slow to take the kick. During this time Becos e Vielas FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Paulo Pogba almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar de Queirós's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Becos e Vielas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar de Queirós's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Edgar de Queirós recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Edgar de Queirós showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Efrain Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar de Queirós in the 31st minute of the match. Becos e Vielas FC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Pogba took the corner. After taking down the ball on Becos e Vielas FC's corner Paulo Pogba fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benito Sanz quite easily take care of the ball. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Edgar de Queirós capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgar de Queirós really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Edgar de Queirós scored 6-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Becos e Vielas FC's Mazinho Falcão was substituted for Waldir Romero. Becos e Vielas FC made a substitution. Neymar Mbappè replaced Edgar de Queirós. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Axel Tasis with Eliseo Noboa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Neymar Mbappè took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Becos e Vielas FC's Neymar Mbappè got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Becos e Vielas FC's Neymar Mbappè nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 73rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Neymar Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Becos e Vielas FC's Neymar Mbappè. But to his dismay, Neymar Mbappè quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 84th minute, Neymar Mbappè ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. In the 87th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neymar Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Neymar Mbappè left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Becos e Vielas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neymar Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Becos e Vielas FC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Becos e Vielas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
