The audience thought a goal was coming when Don Nickler got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. Ivan Västlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 31st minute of play. Ivan Västlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Edmundo Espiga put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Västlund. Don Nickler scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Don Nickler came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ivan Västlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 46th minute, Alvin Söderkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Don Nickler to make the kick off. The throw-in from Axel Linberg in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. After 53 minutes, Don Speed mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westra Aros SK and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Don Speed kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Ivan Västlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 54th minute of play. Ivan Västlund was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Edmundo Espiga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmundo Espiga really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Ivan Västlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Don Nickler might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Don Nickler ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Villa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Västlund having to make a save. Westra Aros SK's Bror Beck got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Honduras booed when Westra Aros SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Linberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Axel Linberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Westra Aros SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Axel Linberg hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute of the game Christian Sancho made a throw-in which Sebastian Villa played forward. The supporters of Honduras booed when Westra Aros SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Nickler didn't get a good kick on the ball.
