Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philibert Robillard's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marius Lebel's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marius Lebel helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for corsaire nantais! Eliseu do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Eliseu do Valle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. corsaire nantais's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu do Valle having to interfere. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after corsaire nantais's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Eliseu do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Siggman came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Thibaut Bernadet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Eliseu do Valle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Eliseu do Valle made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Eliseu do Valle made a huge save. Marius Lebel kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. corsaire nantais made a substitution. Yves Fuchs replaced Thibaut Bernadet. In the 82nd match minute, corsaire nantais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Lebel to maneuver through the defense. Eliseu do Valle acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. In the 85th minute, Yves Fuchs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Siggman in the 88th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The supporters of Ecuador booed when corsaire nantais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xie Yuan Jun didn't get a good kick on the ball.
