In the 15th minute, Sebati Rafih left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE CRYSTAL SHIP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Legia Stavanger's Trygve Stormoen got a free kick in the 18th minute. Alfred Klawki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Paşa Borlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas D Agostino got free with Slavcho Kanov in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Slavcho Kanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas D Agostino in the 27th minute of play. Borys Dudek struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Slavcho Kanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. Paşa Borlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Klawki in the 34th minute of play. Legia Stavanger's Slavcho Kanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebati Rafih in the 35th minute of play. Legia Stavanger's Slavcho Kanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Legia Stavanger from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the game, Iulian Bacalbașa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Slavcho Kanov. Iulian Bacalbașa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Slavcho Kanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas D Agostino, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Javier Turi to make the kick off.
