When the match had been going on for 5 minutes Serafin Leguizamón shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Alfons Glad when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Orain in the 10th minute of play. Silvestre Vilalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Dubiel in the 19th minute of the match. Silvestre Vilalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Löfdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Segmon IF's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Estevez came free, but Alfons Glad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfons Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Estevez in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes Segmon IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serafin Leguizamón who took care of the corner kick. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Segmon IF from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute of the match, Nicolas Estevez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alfons Glad saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Silvestre Vilalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Lidström in the 38th minute of play. Alfons Glad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Orain, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. A collision led to Los Golosos getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Herbert Ziombkowski hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas Estevez to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Vilalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Lidström in the 51st minute of play. In the 55th minute Laureano Felipo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Bakar's late challenge caught a Segmon IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Bakar helped the player get up and apologised. 56 minutes into the game, one of Los Golosos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alfons Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Felipo in the 60th minute of play. Herbert Ziombkowski hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Felipo in the 68th minute of play forced Segmon IF's goalkeeper Alfons Glad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Segmon IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Löfdahl to maneuver through the defense. Los Golosos's Christian Herrera was substituted for Christian Bakar. Los Golosos's Adrian Transito got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Orain in the 81st minute of play. In the 89th minute Nicolas Estevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfons Glad came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Golosos's Maximo Orain. But to his dismay, Maximo Orain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. A collision led to Los Golosos getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Adrian Transito hit a great ball. In the 98th minute Adrian Transito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segmon IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
