Soriano Monckeberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Soriano Monckeberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Olivieri in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Capo de Provincia's Jeronimo Avaria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jama Gallarde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Lucas Olivieris short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Soriano Monckeberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Soriano Monckeberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renán Llantaron in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Mellington Bernia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Soriano Monckeberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capo de Provincia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roman Prado was slow to take the kick. During this time No Me Inscriban Gracias's players had a chance to rest. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Lucas Olivieri sped through Capo de Provincia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Soriano Monckeberg. In the 39th minute of the match, Lucas Olivieri tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Soriano Monckeberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 41 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Avaria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jama Gallarde. No Me Inscriban Gracias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Avaria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in No Me Inscriban Gracias's zone, Epifanío Mejia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jama Gallarde came out of the goal and Epifanío Mejia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanío Mejia in the 46th minute of play forced No Me Inscriban Gracias's goalkeeper Jama Gallarde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Avaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jama Gallarde having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Avaria to strike the kick off in the second half. When No Me Inscriban Gracias's Lucas Olivieri in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jeronimo Avaria received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jama Gallarde came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeronimo Avaria slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes into the game, No Me Inscriban Gracias's Lucas Olivieri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Soriano Monckeberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Mellington Bernia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Soriano Monckeberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Olivieri in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Soriano Monckeberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 89 minutes, Jeronimo Avaria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capo de Provincia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Avaria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeronimo Avaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jama Gallarde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mellington Bernia in the 93rd minute of play forced Capo de Provincia's goalkeeper Soriano Monckeberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soriano Monckeberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Olivieri, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Saúl Tindall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
