Lyons's Luisito Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Boleslaw Zielinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koby Wright received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Luisito Quinten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Matei Daimacă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lyons and the Canada players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Matei Daimacă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rohan Watson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koby Wright in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisito Quinten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luisito Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Rohan Watson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Rohan Watson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisito Quinten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisito Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 42nd minute of the match. Lyons's Luisito Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Alfred John hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Lyons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Berasko to maneuver through the defense. Jan Dixon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 56th playminute. If Jan Dixon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lyons's Luisito Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Rohan Watson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luisito Quinten. The goal made the score 0-3. Lyons's Dariusz Roano was substituted for Boleslaw Zielinski. Luisito Quinten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theo Burton in the 76th minute. Luisito Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Edwards, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wambasther Piqué's late challenge caught a Canada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wambasther Piqué helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lyons's Wambasther Piqué got a free kick in the 78th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Lyons's Dariusz Roano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jax Williamson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Luisito Quinten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Edwards in the 92nd minute. Canada's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
