Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Arkham Legends's Mikael Ståhlberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Mikael Ståhlberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 19th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Arkham Legends got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Möllgren. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikael Ståhlberg in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 26 minutes into the game, Arkham Legends's Mikael Ståhlberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arkham Legends's goalkeeper Jens-Erik Mattsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Mikael Ståhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match, Mikael Ståhlberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Sanz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Ståhlberg in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Svante Eskilsson who took care of the corner kick. In the 48th minute Mikael Ståhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mikael Ståhlberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Mikael Ståhlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arkham Legends fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The audience was convinced that Mikael Ståhlberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Ludvig Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Arkham Legends's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Erik Mattsson came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Ståhlberg in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Arkham Legends booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Tasis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svante Eskilsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eliseo Noboa's late challenge caught a Arkham Legends's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Noboa helped the player get up and apologised. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Mikael Ståhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Puig might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Erik Mattsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Puig ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Arkham Legends getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Svante Eskilsson hit a great ball. Arkham Legends walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
