Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chip Steele started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Huyton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Howarth to maneuver through the defense. Chip Steele scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Ernso Constant notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Huyton FC's Marc Ploughman. Marc Ploughman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Alphonse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chip Steele succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 20th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chip Steele got free with Noel Seide in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the game, Chip Steele recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Noel Seide. Chip Steele showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 28th minute, Jean Claude Ulysse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Huyton FC's Ron Sharples slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Noel Seide. That made the score 4-1 after 29 minutes of play. In the 32nd minute, Alf Howarth reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Noel Seide. The goal made the score 5-1. Graham Deeney made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Chip Steele immediately put the ball in play. 37 minutes into the match, Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chip Steele. 41 minutes into the game, Chip Steele cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Noel Seide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Huyton FC booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Alphonse didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Alphonse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Howarth in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Chip Steele came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 minutes, Saint Jean Pierre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haiti and the Huyton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saint Jean Pierre to maneuver through the defense. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phillip Leeson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernso Constant's late challenge caught a Huyton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernso Constant helped the player get up and apologised. 60 minutes into the match, Alf Howarth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Howarth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. If John Newman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernso Constant kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 67 minutes of play, Huyton FC's Chip Steele made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute of the match Richie Hellen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noel Seide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 72 minutes of play, Huyton FC's John Newman made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Howarth in the 80th minute of play. Ernso Constant kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chip Steele in the 86th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Newman in the 87th minute of the match.
