That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. When Mazinho Borges came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Odens Boys Bollklubb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazinho Borges couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mazinho Borges's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olof Fernström. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fritz Öberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Odens Boys Bollklubb's players had a chance to rest. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristian Vallander having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Olof Fernström sent off a good shot on target. Mazinho Borges's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Harry Strömberg got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Anthon Mossberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Odens Boys Bollklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthon Mossberg to maneuver through the defense. Emil Trillkott took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Fritz Öberg sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes in the game, Fritz Öberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Kristian Vallander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Odens Boys Bollklubb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olof Fernström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Emil Trillkott struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Kristian Vallander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 65th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Borges in the 72nd minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Borges in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristian Vallander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Odens Boys Bollklubb's goalkeeper Kristian Vallander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. 81 minutes into the match, Odens Boys Bollklubb's Olof Fernström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
