AllRaf EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, AllRaf EC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Aitor España reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, AllRaf EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Aitor España showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when AllRaf EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Paulista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to AllRaf EC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Perttu Bado hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franklin Paulista during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
52 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aitor España. Felix Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Joel da Silveira hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Aitor España showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aitor España quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Harri in the 74th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Aitor España in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aitor España made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute. Aitor España took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 94 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
