Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Atletico San Jacopino's Er Didia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelio Di Luca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Atletico San Jacopino's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Aurelio Di Luca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Atletico San Jacopino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led to Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Aurelio Di Luca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 12th minute. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Atletico San Jacopino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Atletico San Jacopino's goalie and right to Luca Rouco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Atletico San Jacopino's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Mexico booed when Atletico San Jacopino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Di Prinzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Di Luca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aurelio Di Luca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Er Didia sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 44th minute of play forced Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Marzo in the 51st minute of play. Fedele Marzo charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fedele Marzo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atletico San Jacopino's Fedele Marzo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Er Didia in the 55th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Aurelio Di Luca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aurelio Di Luca quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Er Didia came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Atletico San Jacopino getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Anselmo Moretta hit a great ball.
