Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Urbain Richard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Urbain Richard slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. Ivan Navarro made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sebastian Villa immediately put the ball in play. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Oskar Stor having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Oskar Stor having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Espinar in the 22nd minute of play forced Zantos IF's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Stor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Per-Oskar Stor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Emanuel Ocampo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Ocampo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 34 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Rolf Theys kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbain Richard made a kick off. Christian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per-Oskar Stor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 59th minute Urbain Richard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zantos IF's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Stor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 64th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Zantos IF's goalie and right to Christian Sancho. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Zantos IF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Zantos IF's Per-Oskar Stor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Sancho in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Teodoreanu came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Sergiu Teodoreanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. In the 78th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Sigvard Uter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Sven-Olof Gerdberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Sigvard Uter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
