Igor Biskupiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Abram Secada could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Igor Biskupiak however easily saved by the left post. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
