Enzo Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Bernat in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Ernesto Guevara SyD's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Enzo Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Rodriguez. Ernesto Guevara SyD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Pascual Bernat tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Antonio Indiano put in a rough tackle. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colombia! Pedro Manzanares had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Marcos Tirso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Enzo Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Enzo Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 36th minute of play. Enzo Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Abram Sarmiento notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Ernesto Guevara SyD's Enzo Rodriguez. Enzo Rodriguez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 45th minute. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Almada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Bernat in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Beto Almada hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Bernat in the 56th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ernesto Guevara SyD booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Guevara SyD made a substitution. Lionel Richie replaced Beto Almada. In the 59th minute, Orlando Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. When Ignacio Mastache came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Mastache couldn't finish the play. Ignacio Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 minutes of play, Ernesto Guevara SyD's Aquiles Mikolas made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th minute of the match, Ignacio Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enzo Rodriguez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Enzo Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 88th minute of the match. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Enzo Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Colombia booed when Ernesto Guevara SyD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ernesto Guevara SyD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
