The referee ignored FC Cosula-BTF-'s protests and gave Ciprian Gaiță a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 minutes of play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ciprian Gaiță made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donalton Meneses was the one to do the kick off. Donalton Meneses could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ilie Brumaru made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enéas Varela in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilie Brumaru saved FC Cosula-BTF- from getting behind. When Alin Bucur fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Cosula-BTF-'s protests and gave Alin Bucur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Alin Bucur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergiu Lăzărescu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match.
