The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goalkeeper Tommy Melin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Milian. In the 11th minute Horacio Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Melin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Paul Bock was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juoksengi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. S. Peron y Belgrano the free kick. A collision led to Juoksengi getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Paul Bock hit a great ball. Tommy Melin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Belmiro in the 18th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match, Atilano Belmiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Melin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Erik Molin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Petrigai having to interfere. A collision led to C. S. Peron y Belgrano getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Isidoro Idacio hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Okey Eye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Petrigai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Milian was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Juoksengi getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Erik Molin hit a great ball. Pablo Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mickey Kass in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Caton in the 61st minute of play forced Juoksengi's goalkeeper Tommy Melin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Petrigai made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Mickey Kass sent off a good shot on target. Horacio Milian scored 1-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Melin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juoksengi's Greger Nordin was substituted for Erland Giöck. Juoksengi's Pangeran Pango was substituted for Mickey Kass. The audience thought a goal was coming when Okey Eye got free with Pablo Petrigai in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juoksengi's Tommy Melin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Belmiro in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, C. S. Peron y Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Caton to maneuver through the defense. C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Pablo Petrigai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save C. S. Peron y Belgrano from getting a goal against them. Isidoro Idacio hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Juoksengi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Okey Eye in the 91st minute. Juoksengi's Tommy Melin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Belmiro in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Pangeran Pango.
