In the 15th match minute, Vanadio F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asteri Reganado to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteban Aleson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sancar Sair's late challenge caught a Vanadio F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sancar Sair helped the player get up and apologised. Sancar Sair hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Esteban Aleson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk. Osman Tahir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Osman Tahir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Pernambucano in the 58th minute of the match. Arif Memduh Serol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Aleson having to interfere. Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 62nd playminute. After a rather tough play, Vanadio F.C.'s Perpinya Tirado got a free kick in the 64th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk got free with Esteban Aleson in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Montana's Osman Tahir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Pernambucano in the 71st minute of play. Michael Curiel took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osman Tahir. Osman Tahir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Asteri Reganado fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vanadio F.C.'s protests and gave Asteri Reganado a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 81 minutes, Dino Montana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Montana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dino Montana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88 played minutes Vanadio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Michael Curiel. FC Montana's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
