Dacian Jurăscu came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Matey Trashliev could save by the left post. A nice corner shot did that Irinel Irimescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Matey Trashliev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 11 minutes, Gergin Bogoev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DARAS and the FC Cosula-BTF- players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, one of DARAS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DARAS. After some careless play in the DARAS defense, Irinel Irimescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matey Trashliev. The DARAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matey Trashliev should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boycho Barbutski during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Boycho Barbutski hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svetoslav Hrulev in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ilie Brumaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Ciprian Gaiță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matey Trashliev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, DARAS's Gavril Bratovanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilie Brumaru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 34thth minute of the game Dacian Jurăscu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DARAS's Matey Trashliev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Svetoslav Hrulev charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Svetoslav Hrulev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, DARAS's Svetoslav Hrulev got a free kick in the 35th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Cosula-BTF-'s corner Ciprian Gaiță fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matey Trashliev quite easily take care of the ball. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filip Hosu was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svetoslav Hrulev got free with Ilie Brumaru in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dragan Mangezov hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Jurăscu came free, but Matey Trashliev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sever Mărăscu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svetoslav Hrulev didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Teodorescu was substituted for Filip Hosu. Svetoslav Hrulev hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Olimpiu Teodorescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matey Trashliev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 85th minute of play. Matey Shumanski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Cosula-BTF- players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
