Iordache Dobre's late challenge caught a Galja Kraków's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iordache Dobre helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Galja Kraków booed when Rasnita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordache Dobre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Rasnita got a freekick which was hit by Luca Mestecăneanu. The Galja Kraków fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Galja Kraków's Szymon Adamus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marek Bartochowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Tăzlăuanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Tolek Dziewedik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gigel Bobeica came out and tried to block the shot, but Tolek Dziewedik slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 78th minute.
