Ovidiu Marin came out of the goal and Laurens Hollander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mijdrecht Maffia getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Marcel Blanc hit a great ball. Rik Numan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Irimescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The attack was good, but when Irinel Irimescu in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Irinel Irimescu struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Rik Numan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cosula-BTF-. In the 25th match minute, FC Cosula-BTF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciprian Gaiță to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Mijdrecht Maffia booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irinel Irimescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurens Hollander ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marcel Blanc was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ovidiu Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Kuijsten in the 32nd minute of play. Michael Kuijsten took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Marin. Ovidiu Marin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 44 minutes, Irinel Plop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Cosula-BTF- and the Mijdrecht Maffia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, FC Cosula-BTF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irinel Plop to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Irinel Irimescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Mijdrecht Maffia's Rik Numan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Jurăscu in the 86th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Hosu during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mijdrecht Maffia fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Cosula-BTF- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
