Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Rasnita's Gelu Tăzlăuanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Gelu Tăzlăuanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mijdrecht Maffia's Ernst Klooster got a free kick in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Rik Numan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristinel Bungescu. Michael Kuijsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigel Bobeica having to interfere. Michael Kuijsten succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. If Ionuț Costache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33rd play minutes Michael Kuijsten shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Gigel Bobeica and just under the crossbar into goal. Rik Numan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Tăzlăuanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Ionuț Costache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Kuijsten in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gigel Bobeica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gigel Bobeica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Kuijsten, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michael Kuijsten to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Mijdrecht Maffia defense, Ionuț Costache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rik Numan. The Mijdrecht Maffia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rik Numan should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, Gertjan Theisens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gigel Bobeica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Blanc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gelu Tăzlăuanu struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Rik Numan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rasnita. Cristinel Bungescu took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rik Numan. Rik Numan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Gigel Bobeica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Blanc, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th match minute, Rasnita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Braru to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Laurens Hollander sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gigel Bobeica skillfully saved the ball. Gigel Bobeica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Michael Kuijsten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gigel Bobeica, 2-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mijdrecht Maffia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
