In the 5th minute, Isidoro Idacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aníbal Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Milian in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Caton in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aníbal Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 34 minutes, Túlio Dias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jumeuc Futebol Clube and the C. S. Peron y Belgrano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Dias to maneuver through the defense. Aníbal Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Milian in the 35th minute of the match. Agustin Caton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Aníbal Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 played minutes C. S. Peron y Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Tabby. When Horacio Milian came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the C. S. Peron y Belgrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Milian couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Horacio Milian was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 58th minute of the match, Horacio Milian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aníbal Arruda was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 59th minute, Dedé Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Dias in the 63rd minute of the match. Pablo Petrigai came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Túlio Dias. But to his dismay, Túlio Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to C. S. Peron y Belgrano getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Isidoro Idacio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Ildefonso Vellito got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Caton in the 88th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aníbal Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aníbal Arruda was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Horacio Milian capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Horacio Milian really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. When the final whistle sounded C. S. Peron y Belgrano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jumeuc Futebol Clube.
