Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 3 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Krzysztof Jajecznica who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Czeslaw Banan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Dean having to interfere. If Zachary Naskrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Paco Dean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 23rd minute of play forced MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Festas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Paco Dean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Dean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Saelices's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paco Dean read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paco Dean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

MKS Legion Częstochowa's Napoleon Chlebek was substituted for Roch Lodowy. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valter Festas was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paco Dean. Agustín Saelices showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 56 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Saelices. After having played for 64 minutes, Valter Festas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MKS Legion Częstochowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valter Festas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Paco Dean to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Paco Dean got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Primitivo Andino's late challenge caught a MKS Legion Częstochowa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Andino helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Krzysztof Jajecznica succeeded in the game's 76th minute to get real power on a long shot . Ecuador's Julio Vera hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-3! Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 80 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Banan in the 97th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Andino during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The MKS Legion Częstochowa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
