Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jan-Erik Eklund started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Stabbe saved General Orginal from getting behind. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magne Stabbe. Magne Stabbe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Magne Stabbe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Eklund in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the General Orginal defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magne Stabbe. The General Orginal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magne Stabbe should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Magne Stabbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Erik Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Magne Stabbe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Cristian Sancho sped through General Orginal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Magne Stabbe.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Magne Stabbe in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Magne Stabbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magne Stabbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after General Orginal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After some careless play in the General Orginal defense, Agustín Saelices kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magne Stabbe. The General Orginal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magne Stabbe should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Agustín Saelices put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Magne Stabbe. Magne Stabbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 82nd minute of play. Nils-Åke Lilja hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Arne Eskilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magne Stabbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The General Orginal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
