Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 14 minutes into the match, Rohan Watson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abubakar Noach. Vorwärts Lübeck's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rohan Watson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute of the match, Severino Casero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jax Williamson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Abubakar Noach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koby Wright's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Koby Wright's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abubakar Noach was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 24th match minute, Vorwärts Lübeck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hansjörg Pothmer to maneuver through the defense. If Rohan Watson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute of the match Vorwärts Lübeck got a corner. Canada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Waldo Gawletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rd minute, Marek Tomporowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Casero. Rohan Watson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Abubakar Noach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abubakar Noach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Vorwärts Lübeck's Abubakar Noach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Harris in the 50th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Koby Wright's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abubakar Noach was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Rohan Watson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Tomporowski came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. After 72 minutes Canada's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jean-Baptiste Lasogga who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jean-Baptiste Lasogga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jax Williamson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vorwärts Lübeck's Abubakar Noach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 74th minute of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Luka Harris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luka Harris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 83 in the game by Theo Burton from a close distance when the talented Abubakar Noach managed to make a qualified save. Vorwärts Lübeck's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Theo Burton in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abubakar Noach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Canada were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Vorwärts Lübeck's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Dixon took the corner. The corner ended in Theo Burton almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vorwärts Lübeck's Abubakar Noach did a great save. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eberhard Kobe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute, Canada's Luka Harris dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Canada played a much better game than Vorwärts Lübeck and deserved their victory. The Vorwärts Lübeck players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
