The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Marz got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Severo Hug got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ramon Marz made a great header on Drako Futbol Club's corner, it was just that Honduras's Lautaro Navarro managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 13th match minute, Drako Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Lorien to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Drako Futbol Club's goalkeeper Maxim Van Schoorisse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramon Marz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 19th minute. Ramon Marz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Marz's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Marz in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Jonatan Opilano took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Lautaro Navarro to make any attempt to save it. Maxim Van Schoorisse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Drako Futbol Club's Maxim Van Schoorisse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 37th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Marz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fernan Banegas kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Marz in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Banegas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The throw-in from Rigoberto Vermudo in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. After 59 played minutes Drako Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Leo Gorri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Marz in the 64th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 66 minutes on the clock, Esteve Mannie commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 67 played minutes Drako Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Mannie. In the 68th minute, Luca Espinar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximo Matei's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximo Matei helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Honduras booed when Drako Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Matei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drako Futbol Club's Ramon Marz got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute Fernan Banegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Drako Futbol Club's Maxim Van Schoorisse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Drako Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Marz in the 91st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Moises Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxim Van Schoorisse. That made the score 1-1 in the 94 minute of play. The Honduras players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Drako Futbol Club from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
