Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Teofilo Coleira scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Jonas Bauweleers hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Ungia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18 minutes, Alex Chicote mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Sugamuxi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teofilo Coleira had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. Justino Ungia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justino Ungia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 34 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sugamuxi's Justino Ungia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute of play. Goyo Salais could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Teofilo Coleira scored 3-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teofilo Coleira to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hori Guillemez in the 51st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Goyo Salais in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Coleira, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Coleira in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Goyo Salais took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Sugamuxi made a substitution. Cordero Jesus replaced Reuben Billington. In the 81st minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sugamuxi's Nerio Doro was substituted for Goyo Salais. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hori Guillemez in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Teofilo Coleira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Teofilo Coleira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
