When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Toninho Cosme put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. Toninho Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiang Liang Wei in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. When Dinei Massa fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BEST FABIO F.C.'s protests and gave Dinei Massa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BEST FABIO F.C. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dinei Massa hit a great ball. A hard shot 26 in the game by Gino de Brito from a close distance when the talented Jacobo Nores managed to make a qualified save. Paraguay's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Gino de Brito put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. Gino de Brito succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. In the 35th minute BEST FABIO F.C. were awarded a corner. Gino de Brito went to the cornerflag to take it. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Gino de Brito was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacobo Nores in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 40 played minutes BEST FABIO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rene Sergi. 44 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olivier Dubs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Pardo made a kick off. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino de Brito in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Cosme in the 53rd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Olivier Dubs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save BEST FABIO F.C. from getting a goal against them. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toninho Cosme went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Rene Sergi suffered a sore thigh after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hector Covarrubias during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Gino de Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Paraguay booed when BEST FABIO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gino de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the game, BEST FABIO F.C.'s Gino de Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Toninho Cosme made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jiang Liang Wei immediately put the ball in play. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Olivier Dubs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilla Kağan Ergüvenç kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Cosme came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino de Brito in the 94th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Gino de Brito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Paraguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BEST FABIO F.C..
