Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Flóki Cabezudo made the kick off which started today's match. A sloppy throw-in by Alex Chicote in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Stellenbosch's Odysseas Katramados. The supporters of Stellenbosch booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flóki Cabezudo in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flóki Cabezudo in the 16th minute of play. Odysseas Katramados kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Flóki Cabezudo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 minutes of play, Stellenbosch's Flóki Cabezudo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30thth minute of the game Flóki Cabezudo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Flóki Cabezudo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Stellenbosch's Flóki Cabezudo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Fernando Quinteros hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A collision led to Stellenbosch getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Flóki Cabezudo hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flóki Cabezudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes, Alex Chicote mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Stellenbosch players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. If Flóki Cabezudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stellenbosch's Osvaldo Bernat was substituted for Flóki Cabezudo. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 68th minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Stellenbosch's Osvaldo Bernat. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Bernat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Bernat in the 72nd minute of play. Osvaldo Bernat scored 4-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Osvaldo Bernat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. If Fidel Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Stellenbosch's Osvaldo Bernat. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Bernat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Osvaldo Bernat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Osvaldo Bernat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
