Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Beltxe in the 8th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Julian Murillo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jaime Urtsin. The supporters of Peru booed when Fc. 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Udoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Fc. 86's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Jaime Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute Teo Beltxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Peru were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Teo Beltxe made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jaime Urtsin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Fc. 86's Robustiano Johans got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Beltxe in the 56th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jaime Urtsin was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 87th match minute, Fc. 86 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Drozdowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Urtsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
