Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victorino Peake took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Serbülent Baysan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Maximino Astudillo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 11th minute Victorino Peake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Vitaliy Fedchenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Serbülent Baysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serbülent Baysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Vitaliy Fedchenko fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Julio Vera, passed just outside the right post. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Astudillo in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Victorino Peake had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Peake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Maximino Astudillo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Serbülent Baysan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serbülent Baysan. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Astudillo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Felix Txilar was substituted for Maximino Astudillo. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Serbülent Baysan could save by the left post. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Serbülent Baysan made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serbülent Baysan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC Anderlecht Huachipato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Txilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Eufemio Ehijo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto-Federico Acosta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Serbülent Baysan was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-2. Serbülent Baysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Alberto-Federico Acosta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Peake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FC Anderlecht Huachipato support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
