The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, SV Balverliefd's Jimmy Stenberg got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 8 minutes into the game, Tomas Lain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Yorrick Zoethout was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yorrick Zoethout came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Harsh Gods's Tomas Lain. But to his dismay, Tomas Lain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aykutalp Tecelli in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gersi Snabe saved Harsh Gods from getting behind. SV Balverliefd were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Harsh Gods's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harmen Kloppenburg took the corner. SV Balverliefd's Harmen Kloppenburg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gersi Snabe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Lain in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yorrick Zoethout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Tomas Lain put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. Aykutalp Tecelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gersi Snabe having to make a save. Gersi Snabe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykutalp Tecelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgil Lindelöf in the 41st minute of play forced Harsh Gods's goalkeeper Gersi Snabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Virgil Lindelöf notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe. Gersi Snabe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykutalp Tecelli in the 44th minute of play forced Harsh Gods's goalkeeper Gersi Snabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renatas Eidukonis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Yorrick Zoethout made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jogaila Makauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yorrick Zoethout having to interfere. Tomas Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Yorrick Zoethout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix van As in the 55th minute of play forced Harsh Gods's goalkeeper Gersi Snabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Harsh Gods from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Virgil Lindelöf dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gersi Snabe, 3-2. Harsh Gods made a substitution. Jokūbas Miškūnas replaced Gabriele Meilutyte. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aykutalp Tecelli got free with Gersi Snabe in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the match, Harsh Gods's Tomas Lain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yorrick Zoethout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Lain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yorrick Zoethout read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute Harsh Gods were awarded a corner. Roberto Carlos went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Harsh Gods's corner Renatas Eidukonis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yorrick Zoethout quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe got control of the ball when Aykutalp Tecelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Harsh Gods was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jogaila Makauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe got control of the ball when Aykutalp Tecelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Harsh Gods from getting a goal against them. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Harsh Gods were victorious despite being under pressure from SV Balverliefd for much of the match.
