An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervásio Severiano in the 4th minute of play forced Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Juvenal Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juvenal Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Caeiro in the 9th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match, Eddie Wittingham tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Armindo Salgado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Armindo Salgado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shao Kun Yuan in the 23rd minute of play forced Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Juvenal Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Salgado made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Russell Bennett sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Eddie Wittingham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute Joaquim de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Juvenal Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Caeiro in the 32nd minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luís Caeiro came free, but Juvenal Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Luís Caeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Derek Findley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Karl Pointon hit a great ball. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Juvenal Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Caeiro in the 42nd minute of play. Gervásio Severiano made a great header on VB-Team's corner, it was just that Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Juvenal Moreira managed to reach the ball for a save. Gervásio Severiano kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim de Barros made a kick off. Joaquim de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Derek Findley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute Eddie Wittingham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Álvaro Rezende hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. VB-Team made a substitution. Qiu Sheng Bang replaced Sandro Leitão. VB-Team's Traian Hăvârneanu was substituted for Joaquim de Barros. The supporters of Lisburn Distillery F.C. booed when VB-Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Russell Bennett. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Christopher Shuttleworth was substituted for Neil Deacon. Armindo Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 83 minutes into the match, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Juvenal Moreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Caeiro. Juvenal Moreira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Traian Hăvârneanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 87 minute of play. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Russell Bennett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Traian Hăvârneanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Juvenal Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lisburn Distillery F.C. had won after a very even match.
