When Marco Tamayo fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Marco Tamayo a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. In the 80th minute Club do Inrrá were awarded a corner. Urban Nyberg went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Urban Nyberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ricardo Zorita quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Luis Rubio hit a great ball. Paulo de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Alex Pontes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mateo Leguizamo. Dedé Vergílio scored 11-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dedé Vergílio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club do Inrrá had played much better football throughout.
