Nicolas Whitmore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 8th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Espen Lyngsby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Claudiu Şerbănoiu made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristi Dinu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Espen Lyngsby. -BZF- Ursus Magura's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 17th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Espen Lyngsby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Nicolas Whitmore tried to sneak it across the goal line. Espen Lyngsby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Espen Lyngsby. -BZF- Ursus Magura's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Mihăiţă Vergulescu in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Espen Lyngsby was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, -BZF- Ursus Magura's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Espen Lyngsby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihăiţă Vergulescu's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. When Mihăiţă Vergulescu in the 37th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Dante Lacasa kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. -BZF- Ursus Magura's Espen Lyngsby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Joel Gaona fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Espen Lyngsby made a huge save. Espen Lyngsby had great luck who in the 54thth minute grab hold of the ball when Alberto Tafalla from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. -BZF- Ursus Magura's Espen Lyngsby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 57th minute of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. -BZF- Ursus Magura made a substitution. Dorin Lovin replaced Witold Trela. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When -BZF- Ursus Magura's Claudiu Şerbănoiu in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. Dorin Lovin charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorin Lovin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. -BZF- Ursus Magura:s Espen Lyngsby showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. In the 81st minute, Alvis Vilners hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Espen Lyngsby made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Espen Lyngsby. That made the score 3-3 in the 82 minute of play. Espen Lyngsby made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Espen Lyngsby in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind -BZF- Ursus Magura's goalkeeper Espen Lyngsby, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, -BZF- Ursus Magura could leave the field as winners, despite Mexico having more of the ball for most of the match.
