Arsenio Carretero really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play forced Moral FC's goalkeeper Karlo Tebar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Carretero in the 38th minute of play. Moral FC's Karlo Tebar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arsenio Carretero in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, Clementi Copeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clementi Copeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Karlo Tebar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the Moral FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Clementi Copeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Rapela's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Rapela helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Moral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Rapela didn't get a good kick on the ball.
