Jack Harrison didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 麦耀昆 came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julio Vera could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jack Harrison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jack Harrison was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute. A collision led to Brown Deer AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ralf Kadastu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of play forced Brown Deer AFC's goalkeeper Jack Harrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Harrison having to interfere. 麦耀昆 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when 麦耀昆 sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jack Harrison narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute of play forced Brown Deer AFC's goalkeeper Jack Harrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jack Harrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Jack Harrison in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the match, Zack Levine notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 57th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jack Harrison was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 麦耀昆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Brown Deer AFC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jack Harrison came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 麦耀昆, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 麦耀昆 in the 74th minute of play. Jack Harrison was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 76 minute of play. With a little luck, Brown Deer AFC's Jack Harrison got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Brown Deer AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiley Enriquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jack Harrison. That made the score 1-6 after 84 minutes of play. After 88 played minutes Brown Deer AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Sutil. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Zack Levine came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Brown Deer AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zack Levine couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brown Deer AFC.
