Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off which started today's match. Haroldo Bonifaco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 9th minute of play forced Junction City FC's goalkeeper Mahieddine Djeballi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haroldo Bonifaco. In the 13th minute of the match Junction City FC got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rachid Ali ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when Junction City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasserredine Sam didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Junction City FC's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mahieddine Djeballi came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Haroldo Bonifaco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Mahieddine Djeballi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Honduras's Christian Sancho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nasserredine Sam, made in the 40th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mahieddine Djeballi was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Bonifaco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nasserredine Sam kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the last second Mahieddine Djeballi throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga in the 56thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A nice corner shot did that Rachid Ali got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Haroldo Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Junction City FC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rachid Ali took the corner. The corner ended in Rachid Ali almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro did a great save. Haroldo Bonifaco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nasserredine Sam made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. 83 minutes in the game, Moises Tafalla fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mahieddine Djeballi having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Bonifaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Junction City FC's goalkeeper Mahieddine Djeballi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. If Haroldo Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Bonifaco in the 89th minute of play. Junction City FC's Mahieddine Djeballi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 92nd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Junction City FC could leave the field as winners, despite Honduras having more of the ball for most of the match.
