Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 7 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Lavatrice narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Lavatrice having to interfere. Flavio Lavatrice came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Flavio Lavatrice showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 24th minute of the match. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Ni Liang Yong was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Molfetta sportiva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Di Renzo in the 29th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ni Liang Yong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Lavatrice read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Lavatrice having to interfere. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carmine Iannone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 47 minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Liang Yong in the 53rd minute of the match. Flavio Lavatrice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Di Renzo in the 57th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 2-3 became the score in the 66th minute when Joel Gaona elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Flavio Lavatrice was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Lautaro Mancebo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lautaro Mancebo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. A collision led to Molfetta sportiva getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. 张杰凡 hit a great ball. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Flavio Lavatrice made a huge save. After 84 played minutes Molfetta sportiva got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Fanelli. Molfetta sportiva made a substitution. Francisc Bacalbașa replaced Fabiano Fantini. In the 86th match minute, Molfetta sportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Fanelli to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Lavatrice read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Lavatrice. Molfetta sportiva's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. In the 96th minute Dario Melani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
