In the 7th minute Benedykt Perkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedykt Perkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Dario Wilhelm made a huge save. Petter Haukenes's late challenge caught a Cascade Park West's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petter Haukenes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cascade Park West booed when Szczakowianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedykt Perkowski got free with Dario Wilhelm in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the game, Claude Joyner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Thibaut Courtois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Perkowski came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Elequemedo got free with Dario Wilhelm in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Allen Dalton took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thibaut Courtois. Thibaut Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Szczakowianka's Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claude Joyner in the 42nd minute of play. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Cascade Park West from getting a goal against them. With 45 minutes on the clock, Leszek Pawlik commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 44th minute, one of Szczakowianka:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Szczakowianka. The referee gave Cascade Park West a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amir Lee, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Szczakowianka's Thibaut Courtois. 0-3.
The wind increased when Amir Lee made the kick off in the second half. Thibaut Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldo Renteria in the 54th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Chen Yan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Dario Wilhelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Perkowski in the 57th minute of the match. Dario Wilhelm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedykt Perkowski went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Radowit Ogrodowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
